Shipping Policy

There are no shipping gimmicks!

Shipping Cost - All shipping rates are based on UPS real-time processing on estimated weight and dimensions of the package(s). We do not add any handling fees to our shipping rates. What we receive as an estimated shipping charge will be what you pay, and nothing more. There are NO hidden charges.

Delivery Times - All delivery times are based on UPS real-time processing. The order must be processed and send to the fulfillment phase after being received and preprocessed. Most orders will be shipped on same business day on orders placed before 5 pm CST. In some cases, the orders will have to be shipped the following business day.

Return Policy

We would like for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their new pillow(s). However, we realize it is impossible to satisfy everyone's needs. You may return your order within 30-days upon receiving of your pillow(s), no questions asked.

Having said that, we greatly would appreciate knowing the reason for the return, as we place the highest value on our customer's feedback. Please realize our company has lost money under return circumstances, which will effect how we price our products for others. It seems only reasonable and right to give us an opportunity to understand why you are returning the pillow(s). AND, if we don't know what's wrong, we can't fix it! Thank you for your understanding.

*Simply package and return all product or merchandise back to us with a copy of the purchase order. That's all there is to it! You will have to pay to send everything back to us, but this is all. We believe this is fair, as we will have to spend an estimated double the amount to credit your account back. It is important to note, any order sent other than UPS Ground Delivery will not be refunded the full amount of the purchase, but will be refunded the amount quoted for UPS Ground Delivery. This is quite fair, as Next Day Delivery can cost over fifty dollars with some orders, which is unreasonable to expect for our company to pay.

We cannot accept returns in any of the following cases:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged.
• Any return that does NOT have a copy of the original purchase order.
